Cellar door then the managers house and then their home. 12m indoor swimming pool inside the home with a 15m glass wall from floor to ceiling.

It all began with the Cellar Door, a testament to Lance’s Team’s craftsmanship and dedication to his clients’ dreams.

As their aspirations grew, so did their partnership with Lance, leading to the creation of a manager’s residence up the hill. But it was on the same hallowed ground that Lance was entrusted to build their dream home.

The magnitude of this endeavour was evident from the start, as Lance and his team orchestrated the removal of 1000 cubic meters of earth fill to lay the foundation for their vision and over 300 concrete piers were placed anchoring the structure.
Inside, the home exudes a sense of timeless luxury, with indoor sandstone replica feature walls and large open plan layouts. Travertine tiles grace the patio, wrapping around the courtyard that showcases a water feature viewable from many areas within the home.

But perhaps the crowning jewel of this architectural marvel is the 12-meter indoor swimming pool, a sanctuary with a 15-meter glass wall stretching from floor to ceiling, offering uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape.
